Continuous quality control and improvement
All internal processes are project-oriented and aimed at successful projects' completion in time, within budget, and with required quality.
Project management and development processes are based on industry standards' requirements: SEI CMMI, IEEE, ISO, RUP. Some teams use Scrum and XP practices and methodologies inside projects.
There are a few obligatory artifacts for any project that are written on the base of IEEE и RUP templates, such as software requirement specification, software architecture document, software test plan, etc., depending on the project. All documents, as well as source code and unit tests are at least peer reviewed.
Every project's lessons learned are carefully analyzed by QA team to enhance our approaches.

IPR protection

Standard set of IP protection measures includes:
- NDA agreement between our company and the customer
- confidentiality clauses in employment agreements

- restricted physical access to servers, backups, archives, and project artifacts

It implies face-to-face meetings, regular conference and video calls, regular status reports, customer access to project supporting systems - everything to provide good visibility over projects. We are able to set up our consultant presence in customer's office in 5-10 days after such need has arisen.
