Defined effective processes: management and development procedures are based on CMMI, ISO, Lean, Agile, XP, RUP practices, and tailored to a particular project, from light-weight agile up to heavy-weight long-term ones.
Modern effective tools: we have analyzed and evaluated many modern open source and commercial tools to gather best-suited ones in our configuration management.
